Available alternatives
If your users want to share content, you can:
- Publish to a Facebook Page (fully supported).
- Publish to an Instagram Business account (fully supported).
- Use a Share Dialog for personal profiles.
The Share Dialog lets your app open Facebook's sharing interface with pre-filled content, but:
- The user must manually confirm the post.
- Your app cannot publish automatically.
- You cannot prefill the message text due to platform policies.
